Yorsh is built on one idea: your life is yours. You own what you post, you decide who sees it, and no one — not even us — sells you out. Here is exactly how that works.
Yorsh is a social app published by Hyvrax, based in France. When this policy says "we", it means the team behind Yorsh. When it says "you", it means the person using the app.
Only what the app needs to work.
To run the app and keep it safe — nothing else. That means letting you post to the feed and stories, create collaborative Spots, meet people through Bubbles and Plug, chat, and discover events around you.
Your content is stored on secure servers we control. A few trusted providers help us run the basics — Google and Apple for sign-in, and our hosting provider for storage. They only process what's strictly needed, under contract, and never for their own gain.
We keep your data while your account is active. Delete a piece of content and it's removed for good. Delete your account and everything goes with it — profile, content and messages — within a short technical window needed to fully wipe our backups.
You can access your data, correct it, export it or erase it at any time, from the app or by emailing us. Under French and EU law (GDPR) these rights are yours by default, and we honour them.
Yorsh is for people aged 13 and over, or older where local law requires it. If we learn an account belongs to someone younger, we remove it.
If we update this policy, we'll change the date above and, for anything important, tell you in the app. Using Yorsh after an update means you accept it.
