Short version: be real, be respectful, and your content stays yours. Here's the deal between you and Yorsh when you use the app.
You sign in with Google or Apple. You need to be at least 13, or older where your local law requires it. Keep your account for yourself — you're responsible for what happens under it.
Yorsh is a place to share your world, not to harm anyone. Don't post or send:
Break these and we may remove content or close the account.
Everything you create on Yorsh — videos, stories, Spots, photos, messages — belongs to you. We claim no ownership. You simply grant us a limited licence to store and display your content inside the app so it can reach the people you share it with. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account. Nothing more.
Yorsh lets you post to a video feed and stories, create collaborative Spots at a place or event, meet people through Bubbles and Plug, chat with encrypted messaging, and add the music of the moment to your videos. We work to keep it running, safe and private, but we can't promise it will be perfect or available every second.
Screenshots and screen recording are blocked, messages are encrypted, and we never sell your data. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
You can delete your account anytime from the app — your content goes with it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules or the law. If we ever shut Yorsh down, we'll give you fair notice and a way to export your content.
We give you Yorsh as it is and do our honest best to keep it good. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect damage or for content posted by other users. Nothing here removes rights you have under French consumer law.
These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute can't be settled amicably, it goes before the competent French courts.
